IRCC updated guidelines on incomplete applications — Jul 22, 2021

#IRCC has updated its guidelines and announced that its offices will be facilitative in handling #incomplete applications under certain programs. These programs are:

Non-Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Start-up business class

Self-employed persons class

Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP)

Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) Program

The guidelines, however, are not made public.
